OUR PROCESS
1. Consultation
We’ll chat about what you’re looking for for in your new home/renovation and assess your plans. If you don’t have plans yet, we can put you in touch with the relevant consultants (architect or building designer). We’ll also assess your site, discuss options for finishes and materials, and your budget.
2. Quote
We’ll draw up a fixed-price quote for your project, based on available plans, engineering and specifications.
3. Contract
Once the contracts have been signed, we will advise you on the approvals process and provide you with a timeline detailing each stage of the process and a completion date.
4. Construction
As your build commences we co-ordinate all trades and supervise on site daily. We provide regular progress updates, help you with all the big decisions, and keep you involved at all stages.
5. Handover
It’s yours! We’ll hand over the keys and you can move into your new dream home.
